2025 ODOT/ACEC Statewide Professional Services Matchmaker
ODOT & ACEC Ohio Matchmaker Event – Registration Now Open for August 5
ODOT and ACEC Ohio are pleased to announce the 2025 Annual Professional Services Matchmaker & Networking Event to be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Dwell Community Church, 1340 Community Park Drive, Columbus, Ohio.
This event offers certified firms the opportunity to schedule 10-minute in-person one-on-one appointments with Prime Consultants & ODOT’s District Staff to showcase the services they offer for ODOT heavy highway projects.
Agenda:
8:00 am - 8:45 am – Registration opens (Coffee, Donuts, & Fruit, Booth set-up)
9:00 am – ODOT will feature a special presentation on the new consultant pilot projects with SBE goals listed in the September programmatic, which includes PID 121811, PID 106237, & PID 122470.

Attendees are invited to ask questions about the SBE pilot projects, or the SBE pilot program in general. Please submit your questions HERE in advance. Deadline to submit questions is July 28, 2025.
9:30 am – Matchmaker begins
During the matchmaker, DBE/SBE/EDGE consultants and Prime Consultants will: Meet one-on-one to discuss opportunities to provide services for heavy highway projects and how they can work together to meet project goals. Consultants can also meet with ODOT’s District Staff and the ACEC of Ohio to introduce themselves and ask questions related to doing business with ODOT.
11:45 am - 12:30 pm – Lunch on your own
12:30 pm – Resume Matchmaker Appointments & Networking Session
1:00 pm – Transition to Networking Session
1:30 pm – ODOT Districts will present upcoming projects for each district. Everyone is encouraged to stay for this highly anticipated presentation.
2:30 pm – Open networking with ODOT Districts
4:00 pm – Event ends
