HARDI Supports “Estate Tax Relief Act of 2009”
HARDI and an extensive list of other members of the Family Business Estate Tax Coalition sent this letter to Reps. Berkley, Brady, Davis, and Nunes for introducing H.R. 3905, the “Estate Tax Relief Act of 2009”. This bill would establish 10 years of estate tax certainty starting with 2009’s $3.5m exemption and 45% tax rate and incrementally moving to a $5m inflation-adjusted exemption and a 35% rate over its span. |
