HARDI Submits EPA HCFC Allocation Rule Comments
On March 9, 2009 the HARDI HCFC Rulemaking Task Force submitted these comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on the proposed rule, Adjustments to the Allowance System for Controlling HCFC Production, Import, and Export. This rulemaking will establish the amount of HCFCs that can be produced and imported into the U.S. and how they can be used from 2010-2014. This proposed rule also attempts to establish a formal interpretation of when a product is "manufactured". |
