02/16/2009 HARDI Submits Comments on Latest Draft of CARB Refrigerant Regulations HARDI submitted these comments on February 13, 2009 in response to the California Air Resources Board's (CARB) January 26 draft of proposed regulations for the management of high global warming potential refrigerants. HARDI praised CARB for working with HARDI to remove a refrigerant cylinder deposit requirement that was in the last draft, and offered CARB suggestions for ways to streamline the compliance and reporting requirements of the proposed regulations.
