HARDI Submits Comments on EPA's Proposed Rule to Ban Sale of Pre-Charged Appliances
HARDI filed these comments today on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) proposed rule, "Ban on the Sale or Distribution of Pre-Charged Appliances". In these comments developed by HARDI's HCFC Rulemaking Task Force, HARDI urges the EPA to revise the proposed rule to clearly permit the sale and distribution of pre-charged HCFC components such as condensing units indefinitely for servicing purposes if those components were manufactured prior to January 1, 2010. |
