In addition to being easy to use, WebSuite2's technical team is focused on making sure our use of the software is meeting our needs. They are willing to answer the simplest questions, as well as to dig deep into more complex uses of the software we may envision. New features are often released in response to needs identified by its customers, making this software and its use a true collaboration.
It is not unusual for the TCS team to have us walk through our association processes and needs to better understand the reason for our requests. We appreciate their willingness to 'walk in our shoes.'
